Program Overview

Overview:

Warrensville Youth Basketball is for 3rd - 6th grade boys and girls. Teams are subject to change due to tryout turnout and talent.

Tryouts:

Tryouts are in September.  To be considered for a team you must attend tryouts.   You MUST register online prior to tryouts.

Practice:

Practice begins in late October and concludes at the end of January. 

2 practices a week which are 1.5 hours long.  Team practice schedules won't be determined until October.

Games:

League play is Big Leaf Basketball League (Nov - Jan).  Each team plays 12 regular season games followed by a year-end tournament.

Teams will also play in 3 local tournaments - Each tournament guarantees 3 games.

Tiger teams will play approximately 20-25 games during the season.

We believe in "fair playing time" for youth basketball.  Playing time will be fair, but extra playing time is earned.

• Tigers Night at the Warrensville Varsity Basketball Game in January (free ticket)

• Skill work with the Warrensville Basketball Coaching Staff

• Professional photo included

• Gatorade Water Bottle

• Total cost 2022/23 season is $175.  Payment is due November 1, 2022.
